    • Purpose: To receive contact information of users who have signed up to Mr and Mrs D Adventures group trip mailing list, so we can provide updates and relevant information about our group trips.

    • Legal Basis for Sharing/Receiving: Legitimate interest/ Consent
  • Name of Third Party: The Creator Passport (TCP)
    • Purpose: To receive contact information of users who have signed up to TCP promotions via a Mr and Mrs D Adventures affiliate link, so we can provide updates and relevant information about the promotion and the TCP course.
    • Type of Data Shared or Received: Name, email address, Instagram Handle
    • Legal Basis for Sharing/Receiving: Legitimate interest/ Consent
  • Name of Third Party: Rexby
    • Purpose: To host and deliver our digital travel guides, including managing access for customers who purchase or view guides via the Rexby platform.
    • Type of Data Shared of Recieved: Name, email address, and usage data relating to access of the guide.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for up to 7 years to comply with tax, legal, and contractual obligations, or to manage historical collaboration records unless a shorter retention period is appropriate.

Website & Forms
We use WordPress to run our website, hosted securely by GoDaddy. Personal data submitted through our website (for example, via enquiry or contact forms) is collected using the Fluent Forms plugin and Mailer Lite plugin, which stores submissions in our website database and forwards them to us by email.

  • WordPress / Fluent Forms
    Purpose: Collection, storage, and management of form submissions (e.g. safari enquiries, newsletter sign-ups, contact forms).
  • GoDaddy (Hosting Provider)
    Purpose: Secure hosting and storage of our website, including the database where form submissions are stored.
  • MailerLite
    Purpose: Email marketing and automation, including managing subscriber lists and sending newsletters. Data from newsletter sign-ups and some contact forms may be transferred into MailerLite.

How We Share Your Information

We don’t share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

Using our safari discount codes and offer codes

If you book a safari using our discount codes or offer code with one of our recommended safari tour operators without submitting details through our website enquiry forms, or if you use the codes via the WhatsApp links on our pages, the safari tour operators may share your information with us to track referrals and ensure any discounts or affiliate commissions are correctly credited. Any personal data shared by the operators will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We use this information solely for referral tracking and do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfil these arrangements.
